We are a community
The entire living facility is built around a large common area with tables, chairs, and a large fireplace, and residents are encouraged to spend their free time commiserating with other residents to keep an active community connection alive.
Have some fun in the sun
An on-site courtyard and swimming pool allow for recreation and active lifestyles. Fun activities such as sports and cookouts are organized by staff to keep residents connected and entertained. Feel free to enjoy the outdoors together at our picnic tables and fire pits.
A home away from home
Residence rooms are lovingly designed to feel like a home. Because our facility is designed to help residents get back on their feet, we assure you that rooms Fillmore like apartments than they do hotel rooms, each comes equipped with an oven, a fridge, a stove, a full bathroom, and a balcony.
As residents show signs of improvement through their rehabilitation process, they will have the option to either leave the facility or move to our permanent living facilities on site, while these are at a building disconnected from the main building, they are more private apartments that offer Low-income housing, and residents that stay in these apartments still maintain access to all medical and social perks offered to all other residents. These apartments can be furnished how renters like, and not subject to the same restrictions and schedules that those that are still receiving full treatment are subject to. Permanent housing is intended for those who due to prior convictions or those struggling to save for that ‘next step’ can use it as a backup.
